Subscription Fees
All subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the selected
plan. These charges are non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued in the following cases: – Service Downtime: If the platform is non-operational for more than 72 consecutive hours
due to an internal failure. – Incorrect Billing: If you are overcharged or billed erroneously.
Non-Refundable Situations – Cancellations due to change of mind – Partial or unused services – Charges for custom development or integrations
Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the
billing cycle. No refunds will be made for the remaining unused period.
Refund Process
Email : info@knecthotel.com with your registered details and reason for the refund.
Approved refunds will be Credited within 7–10 business days into original payment method.
